By placing an order with Prime ID via primeid.uk, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. General Terms of Sale

Ordering: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. You will receive an order confirmation by email when your order is received.

Pricing: All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£). We may change prices without notice, but this will not affect confirmed orders.

Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Delivery: Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. We aim to dispatch promptly, although occasional delays can occur that are outside our control.

Liability: We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from late delivery, product use, or third party issues. Your statutory rights are not affected.
2. Returns & Refunds Policy
Personalised or Customised Items
Personalised or bespoke items, including ID cards with names, photos, or other custom features, cannot be returned because of change of mind. This exemption is allowed under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
[Heading 3] Cooling-Off Period for Non-personalised Goods
For non-personalised goods, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. You must notify us within this time and return the goods in their original condition within 14 days of cancellation. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Goods

Please notify us as soon as possible if an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Ideally notify us within 14 days of receipt.

We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund, including any standard delivery charges where appropriate.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods or acceptable proof of return.

Contact us first before sending anything back. See section 7 (Contact Information). We may request photos of the issue before confirming the return process.
3. Privacy Policy
This Privacy Statement explains how we collect and use information about you.
Data Use
Prime ID uses information you provide in order to supply our products and services. This may include personal details and photographic material for product personalisation. We do not sell, rent, or transfer your information to third parties except where needed to fulfil your order, for example with Royal Mail.
Legal Compliance
We comply with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). Our lawful basis for processing your personal data is Contract, as it is necessary for the performance of our contract with you. We retain transaction information for 7 years to comply with our legal obligations for accounting and tax purposes.

Data Subject Access
You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you and to ask for any inaccuracies to be corrected. When we receive a valid request, we will conduct a reasonable and proportionate search to locate your data and will complete the request within one month. The one-month period may be extended for up to two additional months for complex or multiple requests. We may also 'stop the clock' on the response time if we require further information from you to verify your identity or to clarify the scope of your request. Requests may be refused or charged if they are manifestly unfounded or excessive."
Making a Data Protection Complaint
If you have a concern about how we have handled your personal data, you have a statutory right to make a complaint directly to us. We will facilitate this by providing a complaint form via email when requested. We are required to acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 30 days and will take appropriate steps to respond without undue delay. If you remain dissatisfied with our response, you have the right to escalate your complaint to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK's independent regulator for data protection.
4. Product Customisation Conditions
As used in these terms and conditions, “we” means Prime ID, and “you” means the individual or entity purchasing customised products on primeid.uk. By placing an order for a customised product, you agree to these Customisation Conditions.
Customisation
You can submit your own materials, including photographs, illustrations, graphics, and text, or select from any gallery of designs we make available. You may only submit materials for which you own all rights or for which you have permission from the rights holder.
License Grant for Your Materials
You grant Prime ID, its sublicensees, and transferees, including third parties who provide customised products and related services, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully sublicensable and transferable rights, in connection with and for the sole purpose of producing your customised products, to:

Reproduce, distribute, transmit, and display the materials you submit in any manner and media, including trademarks, trade names, and names or likenesses of any individuals that appear in your materials.

Modify, adapt, translate, and create derivative works from those materials in any manner and media.
These rights are irrevocable for the full period of protection of your intellectual property rights. Where permitted by law, you waive the right to be identified as the author and the right to object to derogatory treatment of such content. You agree to perform all further acts needed to perfect the rights granted, including executing documents at our request.
Guidelines and Restrictions
You agree not to submit materials that are unlawful, pornographic, libellous, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We may remove or refuse any materials that violate these terms or applicable laws.
Representations, Warranties, and Indemnities

You have the right to grant the rights and licenses set out above.

Your materials and our use of them will not infringe any third party rights.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Prime ID harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from your breach of these conditions or applicable law.
Privacy
Do not enter sensitive personal information unless necessary for fulfilment of your order. For details on how we process data, see the Privacy Policy (section 3).
5. Intellectual Property & Limitations of Use

All content on primeid.uk, including product designs, images, text, graphics, logos, and layouts, is the intellectual property of Prime ID unless stated otherwise.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of this website without our written permission.

Personalised designs created for you remain the property of Prime ID and may not be reproduced, resold, or redistributed without consent.

You may view, download, and print content for personal, non-commercial use only.
6. Website Disclaimer

Accuracy: We try to keep information accurate and up to date. Content is for general information only and should not be relied on as the sole basis for decisions.
